warm bluesky sunday

tons of hg and pg folk at parma today. the NE backed off by ten so the Eagle bus got a bunch of us up the hill to EJ Bowl. Light southish cycles up there. Rich and Bart jumped off about noon and made finding lift at the RR look like fishing in an overstocked aquarium. Howe and I hung a right and got stuck in the la cumbre g-spot saddle forever. HG pilots launched la cumbre peak and i soon realized the top of the lift was where we were in the saddle. so started to scoot around. consistent lift to 3500ish everywhere even low. eventually made it to thermal factory with little john and howe. howe split to the beach and little j was doing laps between thermal factory and ej bowl in his hg. i made my way back west, but couldnt get above 2800 on the westside of cathedral so turned around. kept boppin around and got to 3k again at parkers and called the fam at home to see what my options were as most of my hg and pg friends had flown to the beach. i guess i had been in the air for a while but lost track of time(therefore options), and was spiraling into parma a few minutes later and touched down about 3:20pm. There was hardly any wind today and with the sun straight overhead it made it pleasant to dive in snug to all sides of the peaks for lift sniffin. Awesome warm day and fun flying with so many people! BobA where were you???

Hah - I got side tracked and missed the boat, but stopped by Parma to watch you guys for awhile as I was drawn in by PGs and HGs over the RnR and TF...It looked fun up there. Ended up kiteboarding at C-St to cool off. 8)
The sky is calling.
