hey robb, u would have approved of the location of the swedish bikini team today~ they were right atop montecito peak!... oddly disconcerting having cheerleaders as i scratched up the south side~ but my glider stayed inflated and performed admirably... ~once i was a thousand over @ 4250 it was back to business, slogging thru the E header en route to padaro beach. not sure where all other pilots landed but several had east-beachable alts. fun but not crackin', too warm aloft.

Art lead the charge to the beach with Steve and I following. Left the antennas with about 29 and it was an easy glide. We took Art's truck as well as Steve's truck back up to Parma where I picked up my Suburban and headed to work. Art, Steve, and Marty made another run up to Skyport and with Carmen as driver the three of them headed out to EB yet again. Art said the thermals and wind were stronger, but the altitudes weren't much better.

Nice job making it to Padaro on what the rest of us considered to be a East Beach day Andy!
