Monday, 12/6/10, Parma at 10:30ish. The front moved through and the winds should back off quickly with high pressure established by tomorrow. The winds at altitude are falling off form about 10ish out of the NE early this morning to light and variable forecast for this afternoon. Would expect some overdevelopment. The lapse rate isn't very robust, but much better than Tuesday's forecast.
