As a recent retransplant, I am having trouble getting a bead on when and where people are meeting. Got any advice?

There used to be a pretty spiffy TXT msg system going but it kinda fell out of use. Crazy convenient though.

Thanks Chris for that advice. When I finish building my time machine that will come in very handy!

For meet times check: Eagleparagliding.com Rob posts location and time mostly every morning and has had a van full of happy pilots going up the last 3 days at least. He is on his third roundtrip today as I write this getting some new eaglets some airtime. :D
Hangliding is not the best.
Paragliding is not the best.
Thermal flying IS the best!

Thanks Leeside. To think I could have been happy the past three days instead of staring at the sky and wondering "What's up?" Geeez!

About those text message systems, I really dig it when I get a message telling me where the good flying is at. It may seem barbaric, but I do not I have the internet at my house, I don't even have a computer to plug a phone line into at home. I rely on text messaging and phone calls when it comes to getting weather conditions and knowing where to fly.

Took a flight from Skyport for the second time ever yesterday, sled ride. Picked up whatever scraps were left over after everyone had flown, Kristyn and I were the last two people off the mountain. Landed at Parma, 22 minute flight.
