Greg, Eddy, & I got out there afternoon Friday. 2:30 PM go time. 13.3k above takeoff, No Brainer to the Antelope ! Went to Fraiser via clouds along the Chute, Guillermo, and Southside of Lockwood

Fast flight to the 230th and Hwy 138, 1 hour 38 minutes...lots of tailwind...Landing was double black diamond with rowdy gusts to 25 mph on the deck...good landings for both of us, with Greg landing in one of the crop circles heading to Neenach...took the great circle route back to Pine, camped out on top hoping for more Saturday...And then the Great Waffle begun at 9 AM when we realized it was North no matter where or how we looked at it...And promtly at 5:45 PM, the call was made to launch the North launch ! It was blowing in, only 12-17 (see Ronda). Hammer, DD, Aaron, and Ramey flew in butter lift to 7500' 'til after dark, having a magic moment watching the full moon rise and sunset thru the Zaca smoke layer causing a fantastic glow on all the surrounding landscape. All landed at Shydeck LZ into very light North flow...Ride and myself drove down to watch the after sunset landings.
