I know it's hard to write about the not-so-fun stuff, but I believe we can all learn from this. I agree, it takes two pilots to have a midair incident. But that is why we have right-of-way rules.

What is unclear to me is how can Kent be above you, yet you end up on top of his wing? I did not see the incident, but I am concerned about everyone's safety.

I have not made an assesment of the incident as yet, I am asking questions in order to better understand what happened. Kent was fairly shaken up from the event, with good reason. I have asked him for his comments, and I will post them when they are recieved.
