Eddie and I arrive at takeoff at 10:00 to find light conditions from the east, much different than Sundays 15-30 gusts. Cloud development over The Chute drifts over takeoff and shuts down same. Take off at 2:00 climb to 11k at The Knob, drifting out of northeast. The Ortegas are in some sort of convergence/rebound area. Leave for Ojai with 8600 arrive at Nordhoff with 6K, fly to Chiefs, at twin peaks climb to 5600 fly back to road cut by takeoff climb to 6k, east to East Repeater where I run into east wind go on final with 4500 back to field across the street from Villanova Prep school.
