Wow! mind blowing views today. blowing down when we got to eliminator, and it seems the later crew didnt get off as it blew down an hour after most of us got off i heard. active, hands on air plowed us up to a cloudbase that was around 5k. lift was boomin in all kinds of places, and if it wasnt going up, it seemed to be going down pretty fast too. a few out of towners enjoyed what seemed to be a convergence over town. lee and i putted through the hallways and holes, wingtip to wingtip down to the vor with jah lyon cruisin the back ridge to painted cave. amazing!!! i took many mental pictures, but unfortunately my camera is still mia. the backcountry was a vivid 3D checkerboard of bright green rolling hills, and glowing white marshmellows. hammer and little john had already raced west and back as we were jellyfishin along. i later saw them down castle way, not sure where they ended up. took my 5k at the vor and crawled into the east wind back to the antenna farm without making a turn, just bobbin along. i am generally easily excitable as you can probably tell by my full page sled run posts, but anyways, i was frickin spent from all the oohs and awes, and numb by the time i got back to the antenna farm and pointed my slap happy bag of bones to parma. i landed and had a hard time calming down due to the ridiculous views and conditions,,heck, i'm still wound up!!!
see you up there!!
