Friday Luvin!

A quick flight report of thursday. windy from the west kung fu choppin to 4500 or so in the altenator zone with flyaboveall crew. Jim W. was varioless and way above everyone the whole time. the highlight was a first mountain flight student of chris'. this girl was fired up! on the way up she just kept saying she was nervous, then excited, then chatty about how high we were drivin. when we pulled over to show her the lz she ran out of the van jumping up and down and screaming with excitement!!! awesome! she got all of us all fired up to huck off! made it feel like my first time! super cool seeing her excitement and great attitude. she did awesome and even soared for a while.

Friday almost repeat crew to altenator with fly above all. i sloppily flung my in a hurry carcass off right when we got there and shot straight up to 4500. some west wind so bopped my panties down a few points and hit 5200 at RR. turned around at thermal factory and got over 5 a few more times with lots of wind in my face and got to painted cave with 3600. lots of NW spilling through the pass. Out to my van at the T and on the ground at 12:25. Everyone was skyed out and i mean skyed out!! jim m. skyed out his sailor tandem passenger, and cormac took a few folks on the mecca journey across the points and out to the beach. Beautiful day to jump off a mountain!

from the 101 on my way back to work, i caught a glimpse of Andy sliding into romero from castle to join up with a hang dangler(willy?). from nuthouse i take it??!! nicely done dawg!! that crispy new white sheet over your head sure makes you fly good ;)

Friday was off the hook! It just looked starting from the drive up with some usual suspects in the Fly above all van. Cracka made it look all too easy after he hucked off and after hitting 5300 over west bowl it was all systems go. Rayna and Cort followed and it was a pretty easy glide all the way until I started getting close to RR where I took a nice frontal while on speed. Respect! After we all caught up we had a nice time boating around over the TF back up to 5k or so and then a few of us had a dreamy glide out to the beach with Bob P I later say someone over Montecito which turned out to be dainsberg smoking the range from ojai. Really fun and sporty day and would love to hit the repeat button soon!
