Looks good for anywhere above 4000'...lapse rate to 12k' nice with light winds...a couple clouds at Pine yesterday, should increase today...

Sorry, couldn't make it, had to go fight a fire in Tehachapi. Maybe next time. There was some real good development northwest of Tehachapi above the foothills that looked perfect.
