Good mix of veteran and newer pilots in the Eagle van with Ty at the wheel. Cloudbase was just a bit higher than Skyport with the occasional whiteout at launch. I held back in the queue hoping for higher base but it wasn't going to happen.
Not much potential for going down range, even the top of Shadow was in the white, so everyone seemed content to ride the butter lift to base then push out front before diving back under the deck for another round.
The lift fizzled for me after an hour or so and I started scratching below the Round House hoping for something but no joy. At around 1600 feet Parma was starting to look pretty far away so St. Marys seemed like a better option. Crossing the ridge I found a small patch of sun that was working and was able to follow the drift and sun across the canyon towards the Holy Hills. It wasn't much but the lift was consistent and good for a 2k foot climb, enough to make the beach and do a tour of the Harbor.
Good Mexican food and cervezas for lunch with the crew on Milpas afterwards. Thanks Bobby for helping with retrieve today.
