caught EagleVan up to Alternator. Prob @ 10 pilots on launch w/cloudbase around 36. from launch i hugged the ridge eastbound over ej bowl- to the r&r, gathering a couple hundred- over skyport to thermal factory; topping there @ only 37. at this time upper castle was shrouded. round tripped via cathedral/west bowl. there were lots of pilots swinging around the jungle gym from alt. to ant.farm ~ it was beautiful if not smokin flying today. over the T i had a couple of memorable 2k climbs (strongest lift of my day) to cloudbase under some dark foothill cummis.

Yeah, very fun flying today. Went up with Greg, Ramey, Lee, JR, and later Terry T. joined up at launch. Very fun lift and climbs to cloudbase. Was working well out front all the way over Parma. I was the lone HG pilot to land at Parma at 1:00 P:M as everyone else went to the beach. After an hour and a half flight still made it back to work by two for my afternoon shift.....sweet.
