Italian pilot visitor

Hi everybody !
I'm Fabio an Italian Pilot, I'll be in the US West coast on next August for a trip starting from from LA, trough
BigSur, ant north california. I'll bring with me my glider and I'll be happy if you can help me to contact some local clubls that can help me fo find some place for fly...
I'd like also to know if I need to do some document or special insurance for fly in the US territory (I've my International fly licence and Insurance B&B) Thank you very much for all your help !!
