SCPA & SBSA Discussion Board

It's come to my attention that a few emails sent via the discussion board have bounced back or not gone through. Not sure why, but I'm workin' on it. Anyway, if you sent an email via the board lately, it might be worth sending again. Private messages don't seem to have a problem.
