Seriously, could you imagine flying that thing at 100' agl and have the engine fail?

It reminds me of the guy who flew a paraglider while strapped to his lawn chair.
This looks like you could also use it to clear a launch site, then turn it over and fly it. This engine looks like it could use a tune-up.
