Memberlist Cleanup. Objections?

I'm doing a little cleanup on the discussion board and want to make sure nobody has objections.

There's a growing list of accounts that have never been activated. I am going to delete those accounts, and the board should automatically send out an email to those people letting them know so that they can re-register, and activate their accounts.

There's also a few accounts that have registered and activated, but never actually logged in. I'll do the same with those accounts, and emails should go out notifying people.

The reason for this is that for a while the discussion board wasn't sending out activation emails (the mail server we were using is no longer valid) and people never got a chance to activate. If I delete the accounts, people can re-register and activate.

Any objections? I'll do the cleanup on Friday if nobody objects.
