Washington Pilot Seeking Information on Colombia

I received a call on Tuesday or Wednesday from a Washington State pilot seeking information on Colombia. I saved his message so I could return his call but when I went back for it, my phone not only didn't save it, it also failed to trap his number (and, of course, I cannot recall his name).
