I want to get a good, inexpensive CB radio for my truck. Will a standard 40 channel CB radio work, or do I need something more sophisticated? Any advise would help.

A 40 channel would work great if you want to talk to truckers, if you want to talk to other pilots your going to need a 2 meter.
