No General Meeting this Thursday!

In case people just bookmark the forum directly.... there is no general meeting this week due to the holiday weekend. A bunch of people are heading to the Owens! Go and get some Air Time!!! Don't forget that Big Sur is coming up in a month.... so mark your calenders!

Thanks for getting the word out James. The next SBSA meeting will be at Rusty’s on Carrillo and Bath Thursday October 1st.

A handful of pilots are headed to the Owen’s this weekend.

Stay tuned for a temporary TFR which will be in effect starting September 15th for approximately 20 days as they hydro-mulch the burn areas.

Some of you may not be aware of the SB Glide List or have your current email address registered. Like our discussion board it is a great way to get information out to pilots on events, and any other items you wish to share. If the dates are correct, and we have the group camp site reserved... Then all you need to do is be there with a flying apparatus, camping stuff and the good times will roll.

Some events should include;
Beer and wine drinking
Food eating
Song singing
Might even be some fire walking......

and of course, we get to soar a beautiful place.
