The great advantage of the project is a powerful system of tracks analysis. It allows pilots to analyze in detail not only own tracks, but also tracks of other pilots on more than 30 various parameters which might be useful not only for amateur pilots, but for professionals as well. The system supports IGC, GPX and NMEA formats and we are planning on extending supported formats.
Our portal features the system of flight key parameters calculation for those who wish to carry out the preliminary analysis of a track. This option is available even for unregistered users. This enables pilots to view own tracks line by line and check accuracy of their calculations or verify correctness of calculations of other systems.
Message exchange system, possibility to add photos and comments to a track is also realized here for pilots` convenience. When a photo is added, our new dimensioning option allows referring it to a certain point of a track, automatically determining the altitude over the Earth surface at which the photo was taken.
Registered users of http://paradrom.com have the opportunity to see their rating on 6 different parameters whereas majority of other systems determine pilots` ratings only on OLC scores.
The developers of http://paradrom.com has finalized the regular project modernization, they implemented the subsystem of clubs (teams) creation.
Every pilot can create his club (team) on http://paradrom.com with just a click of mouse. In this case you get your domain name looking like [your_domain].paradrom.com. For example, pilots flying in the Alps can join the club alps.paradrom.com.
But that`s not all. If you want to place pilots` tracks on your site, this possibility is also implemented (you can read in forum of paradrom how do it). One of the key provisions of the subsystem enables the pilot participate in many clubs, and his tracks. Even registered once, will define the pilot`s status in all the clubs, so there is no need to upload one and the same track several times – the system will do it for you.
Also, on your site you can place not only the list of pilots and their tracks, but also the avatars of pilots with best results in 6 categories.
