Locally it wasn't flyable yesterday so paraJames, a friend, and I visited Alternator, Eliminator and Skyport.

Like a lot of things these days our launches and vicinity aint' what they used to be and sometimes just plain weird, but laugh and cry at Jim Maddox's great pics and descriptive captions:

It might be worthwhile getting some beams up there to shore up the retaining walls and steps before it starts to erode. Good opportunity to chuck out some grass seed too just to keep the hillsides from sliding away. With June coming up that hillside will get some moisture. Good use of some of those extra club funds!

The forest service really got its moneys worth when it contracted for that bench. Must be made of iron wood.
