brainstorming rules and regs

I have a bunch of sheets, one for each site, that I put together a while back for my students detailing the do's, don'ts and details of the site. Most of the work has already been done. Not sure how to teach a sense of self-preservation though.

Let's give it a fresh start. Someone get us started in a new topic with their thoughts on what they'd like to see on a brochure, how to distribute it etc, and hopefully others will chime in with more ideas. If people decide on a brochure I'll try to amend my current versions to include any new information. Clearly this thread isn't working out in an optimal kinda way and has some bad juju weighing it down.
