I have a friend/colleague who just lost her rental place on East Mountain Dr. She had just started moving in it a few days ago, so she is really bummed about it. She will need a new place to live. Her rent was really low, so ideally something inexpensive (hard to find in SB); studio or one-bedroom. She would prefer SB over Goleta, as she does yoga downtown in the morning, but she's open to anything at this point.
She is a very cool person, and I'm sure would make a great tenant. If you have any leads, please email or call me and I'll pass the info to her, or put you in touch with her.
