No Fun,

We have some of our local friends/pilots that have lost their homes to this fire. As of now I'm still evacuated, but young Gun Bri Fly said he saw a firetruck in my driveway this morning. I hope these winds do not kick up again tonight.

My thoughts and prayers go out to those who may have lost their homes. Hope we all realize that family and friends is what really matters in this life.(ok and flying)

Thank you all for your calls and support.

Here is a peek of what i saw last night before the dark shadow cast over my house and started dropping hot glowing embers all over the place.... I am/will be amazed if my bed is not burnt when i return.

These are photos taken of the Tea fire at around 6:00pm Thursday November 13 2008.
With the power of the wind reaching 75 mph, the heat from the flames and fire poured and raced across the
Parma canyon. Ty, Chris and I watched but could not believe the destruction. Much of the area
has been burnt though from what we hear Parma Chris house remains standing. The force of what I witnessed was more powerful than I had ever seen before. A HUGE WHATS UP TO ALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENTS, THOSE
MEN AND WOMEN REALLY GO THE BATTLE FOR US. Kevin Photos here http://picasaweb.google.com/ravenclawpa ... DxzzKVC5w#

I drove to Santa Barbara today to get a first hand look at the damage done by natures wrath.
To all those who suffered due to this devastating fire.
Know that you are in our hearts and on our minds.

I hope your friend was not flying that plane as they were about 70 miles off course  That is the Sylmar fire. Sorry if I seem like a smart ass correcting this.

That's okay. I'm just passing along what I was told.
