Tsunami footage in ventura harbor

This guy got some video tape of the tsunami surge as it came into Ventura harbor. What's he doing in the harbor as a tsunami comes in? I don't know but the footage is interesting. Now we all know where to go next time to watch a tsunami, the harbors.
