Three wings for sale, all low hours!
Posted: Fri Jan 04, 2013 10:52 pmHey everyone. I'm an AZ pilot and I'll be in San Luis Obispo for the next four weeks. Looking to sell three wings I've accumulated trying to get girlfriends and my son into the sport, haven't had any luck selling them at my local club.
Airwave Sport 4 (size L, 95-120 kg), color: 'core' (Red/orange/white), only has about 60 hours on it. Only a handful of flights since last annual inspection, at that time a couple lines were replaced. So it is in excellent airworthy condition, has a lot of life left in it. Great beginner-intermediate wing, super solid on speedbar, super safe, decent glide. Asking $1200.
U-Turn Infinity 1, (size XS, 50-80 kg), color: red/blue, about 55 hrs, no acro or SIV. Stitching coming slightly undone in corner, easy repair. Two lines also need replaced (just sheathing come undone). Great porosity, still crisp! Perfect beater wing for a beginner at sandy sites. $600
Axis Pluto 2 (XS, 55-70 kg), demo wing, immaculate condition, I don't think it's even had a single flight on it. Kited for about 3 hrs. Bought for my son but he decided he doesn't want to fly. Asking $1500.
Will gladly let you demo any of the wings at a SLO site.
