The training hill is closed this weekend for bike races. We figured this was an excellent opportunity to get all our alumni some more high flight experience. Kevin rolled the Eagle van down from SB to Fillmore to fly Oat Mountain. Mark Pratt and Ronnie are gracious hosts and we had an epic afternoon of flying. Kristyn Pratt, Simon, Joel, Rich Lear, BK, Olena, Heidi Chu, Kelly Scoggins, Lauren Glick, Kevin Hansen, Cormac O’Brien, Mark M., all did a fine job representing as they soared above Fillmore. Ben, Doug G., Mark Pratt, and Hadi rounded up the veterans who were out there having fun. Aaron La Plante rolled out with us too, and flew his hang glider all over the place, and finished with a nice top landing. Big Thanks to Kevin McGinley for rallying the troops and leading the group. We are so lucky that Mark and Ronnie have secured this amazing flying spot, and we were all lucky to be there to witness the most gliders we have ever seen in the air at one time at Oat.
