March 11 – Thought you guys said there was a meet time! Just kidding but if it’s Saturday there must be flying…somewhere! So, we followed the snow tourists up the mountain in search of a flight. Boy, do they drive crazy. Saw a car with a pro design sticker pull away when we got there. But there I was all alone with my little paraglider….. At first I thought it might be actually OK and fun to launch in the snow (and yukky mud) but the clouds rolled in with snow coming down! When we got down to Parma it had hailed and the ground was covered with little hail balls. Hail yes what a day! Sorry, just couldn’t resist.
The pictures are of the bypass, the skyport and leaving Parma.
