Wed 21st @ Skyport

Ron F called around noon saying that it looked good at skyport. OJ and I ran up there to find it pretty socked in, but we ran up to launch anyway after meeting with Ron. Cycles were super light and the sun line was way out beyond the riviera. Ron launched and scratched for a while between the antenna farm and the water tank. I joined him and we SLLOOOOOWLY got up to 2500 a few times. Super weak lift. In the mean time OJ was getting rained on at launch. Within minutes it was raining fairly hard on all of us. I finally hit 2750 and headed out for the riviera hoping to get lucky and maybe dry off a bit. Found a few bubbles but nothing to sustain in for more than 10 minutes. Ron and I put down at Parma while OJ got stuck driving down in the rain. As we were driving back to Ojai the clouds had lifted and there was sun across everything. Damn. Maybe Thursday!

Still got in about 50 minutes so I can't complain. Kinda soggy though.
