Not sure if anyone flew the mountains. I stopped by Bates about 3:30 and it was working pretty good with numerous pilots zipping around in sweet conditions

Sunday Morning Perception
Sunday’s wind seems to be less than Saturday’s forecast for Sunday. La Cumbre is reporting calm at 8:30. The onshore flow will cool off the lower altitudes, but it’s also trending much cooler at 6K, so the lapse rate still looks good. The barometer is also much lower, so perhaps the thermals will be a bit softer than Saturday.
