hitched up w the eagle van under gray skies w an enthusiastic bunch up to ej. dave t is in town who is always phsyched to fly. light s cycles had us mostly floatin around the 3000-3400 layer in buoyant light lift. it was fun surfin the rocks on the west side of rr back and forth tempting me to stick a hand out and drag it across the beautiful sandstone faces. after an hour in the fishbowl took my 3k out to the beach w dave where he went upside down a bunch. marge took her kid tandem. note to self, if your mom takes you tandem, then your mom is a bad ass. nice flyin marge! herd the day before and after were pleasantly similar and light. good times with friends!
