didnt expect much after a couple days of sledders. but the mountains were much more crisp on the drive up. caught a ride with brian, cort and max to ej bowl. Rob and Marge were hucking students at eliminator. i got airborne about 12:30 and Rob soon joined me at la cumbre on his new rig. it didnt have many lines and went like a mofo. i guess the new paragliders are like a good vicoria's secret catalog, less is more. we touched 4800 at la cumbre for our high of the day. i chased him down to vor and back. it was windy and scrappy at vor and we were almost to the lower rock pile before getting one back to 3500. we had to wait for the slow climbs to come through at most spots and made the return leg between 3000 and 3600 but bobby was always higher on that sexy thang. we hit 3600 at the thermal factory and had a nice float out to the beach with willy, harrington, and JR. gorgeous, cream puff day out there!
