Last Friday Dan Deweese flying an ATOS VX flew the above taking off at 1:00 p.m. and flying alone. Max altitude 15K+. Dan said that if he would have taken off earlier there was more mileage to be had. Hopefully this will be a harbinger of a great soaring season.
