1st flight red Rock Nats

Yesterday was the first day at the Richfield UT US Paragliding Nationals. The 1st task was a 120k XC. It took me 3 hrs to make 39.5K. Max Alt 15,035 (cloud base), Max climb 1030 FPM (sustained), 23,532 total alt gain and max sink 838 fpm. This place is kind of a mix of Owens Valley, Chelan and Lake View, brilliant, but wacky! Dean made goal, Marty got stuck at about 76k and Ty 65k.

No flying today due to thunder storms.
