Sounds fun!! I've seen some major cumi's in the backcountry from Lompoc. Should be boomin'!
I unfortunately won't make it. Taking Adena away for her birthday.

I'd be interested, but I'm not sure it will be very good. Forecast is calling for a big cool down and today the RASP blipmap looked like a max of 7500-8000.

Hmmm - I've been looking at the forcast every day this week. And every day the forcast is less than great but the actual conditions (i.e. vandenburg balloon) Look great.
So, I'm thinking the predicting the weather is like... predicting the weather. I'm inclined to make my decision at 8AM tomorrow.
