I am sadden about Norms crash. You can't stress enough the importance of solid launches. I have seen people get always with some really bad launches at skyport, myself included. We have one of the best training hills I've ever seen. What happen to Norm can happen again. Let this serve as a message to work on your launches and to bring your A game with you when you fly paragliders. Norm is my friend and a great person, I am so glad he is going to be ok. I hesitated posting any photos I do not want to come across insensitive. Things happen and things can be prevented. Work hard to stay safe! ... my guess would be a maned three-toed sloth ... the hairy thing in the tree, not the pilot.
