The airspace is cold for Saturday which means it is available for overflight above 6000 ft MSL. As long as nobody lands within the confines of the base you should be OK (area bounded by Hwy 14 on the west, Hwy 58 on the north, Hwy 395 on the east, and some dirt roads on the south).
