WOW, i cant believe no one has mentioned how fun yesterdays flying was!
Full Eagle Van as usual. a great mix of old salts and brand new pilots.
The clouds where popping and we wondered if it would OD
It did not, well, not completely.

Kevin M, fresh from Brazil launched first and just went everywhere while the rest of us got our act together.
I got over launch w/o much searching and then followed Aaron to the TF.
There we boated for a while while the rest of the crew launched.
At times the clouds would get thicker but not too bad, specially out front.
Lee did the Fishbowl thing on his trusty PG.

it was super consistent and smooth and loads of fun.

People started making their way to the beach and afterwards the cloud dissipated and CB got a bit higher.

Going to the beach was a no brainer.

Fun flying w/ everyone!

Looks like it was a good day. That's awesome! How has the XC been lately and what does this weekend look like? My buddy Jon and I were thinking about coming down for a weekend of flying with the Santa Barbara crew. It has been a while and it would be nice to see everyone and get some flights in. The weather and flying up here in and around Chico are not so good this time of year. Anyway, just looking for some kind of beta on the weather for this weekend to help us make our decision as to whether or not we make the drive. Hope everyone is well and hopefully I'll see you guys this weekend.

Cheers,
