east camino is open?

I called in today to the chief engineer for the road project on east camino and he said that we could drive through today.

So i did

Found the first part of the road to be worse than before but right after Knaps we where greeted w/ an early Xmas present

A BRAND NEW ROAD!!!

So sweet!

Im not sure if it goes all the way to gibraltar, but goes past alternator.

Had a nice flight, did not go anywhere.
Just trying out my new wing. (its red and grey if you are wandernig)
Got to 4200 repeatedly but not higher.

Would have been nice for students for sure!

Im not sure if east camino is officially open as there are still signs that say "road closed"
Then again they have been up for a looong time.
The small sign on the signs reads that the road work would be over by oct 31st.

So go figure.
