Wow. Really nice flying going on everyone. Zippy, fricken nice flight. First time across the pass, ohhhh I guess I'll come back from Nordhoff back through the pass.....SWEET. Bo up to Romero and back to the T. Kabir,.....nice flight. We sure have a lot of good pilots around here. Glad everyone got it. Keep posting as it's nice to hear about all the adventures.

John,

I don't see a single surface record. Can I go for that?

Great to read that pilots are finally "committing to aviation" more frequently and with such glorious results back in SB! I got my February flight in yesterday as the temps warmed up dramatically to thirty-five degrees. Ridge soared Mt.Tom (mile long ridge in the Connecticut Valley) with a pair of falcons for over an hour. The sun broke through the overcast skies and highlighted various parts of the frozen horizon. Sweet, buoyant, air. I miss my winter in Santa Barbara!!!
