nice cycles at ej bowl. jumped with howser and got to 4700 at la cumbre in strong lift. thought we were going to ojai with that kind of climb right off the bat, but that was the best we got. strong climbs when we could find them on the east faces but it would only get us to 3200 max after thermal factory. lots of scratching low on monticito peak, secret bowl, layer cake and romero. finally got a bit above romero roadcut and flew out to padaro. i love how every day is so different. good times!
