...getting some more.

We flew Plowshare on Monday. It was strong, smooth, and easily soarable. Kevin had his first solo Mt flight and did great. Mat, Max, Trey, John Hesch, Willy, and Greg and I (tandem) all flew as well. Thanks to Jay for driving and letting Max fly his glider.

We had extended sledders today at Eliminator.

Considering heading back to Plowshare tomorrow. Meeting at the T about 9:30. Check twitter in the morning- "flyingzippy".

let's go fly!

I can't believe you guys flew Plowshare in mid-January... We've typically only chased the convergence during spring and fall months... This is one of my favorite places to fly... Challenging, but so rewarding at the same time.
I guess you didn't go there for the convergence this time of year, right? You make it sound like it was mostly strong ridge lift, mixed with strong thermals? Mostly NE?

So stoked to hear about all the new pilots getting their first mountain flights... We haven't seen so many HG new pilots in a while! So awesome!
