Meet time 2pm at A street- Goodenought road LZ. Top landing may not work, and bump tolerance could be a issue. The old hang gliding ridge at the end of Grand Ave may work. Lots of landable areas in the Sespe but you might get wet walking out. Call so I can get a head count.

Delayed marine clearing and no one called to fly , so I called Mark Miyahara and called off the flight for today at about 1PM. Mark Called me from work in Santa Paula and said that conditions were improving. So We launched about 4:30 into strong disorganized cores with wind. Allen King called while I was in flight and said he was on his way to Lz to give us a ride to top, Both Mark and I were scratching low as this time. When I saw Allen at the LZ, we landed and were at launch in about 25 minutes. Second flight there was less wind and better thermal heights. Landed at 7:30. slow start to a fun day.
