Thursday Flying - Nov 6, 2008

Although it was blowing as hard as 14 out of the NE Thursday it blocked at the ridge line eventually. Kabir had a nice flight from the Alternator, and their were some HG's getting some at Cathedral and the R&R. JR from T-ride, Lee from New Mexico, Ty, and I made a late move for Skyport. We launched just after 2pm. Everybody got up at launch, and enjoyed thermaling in the afternoon light. I got as high as 3600, and ended up out at the beach, and the rest of the group made Parma. We are hitting it again today, meeting at the "T" on 9:30am.
