Thank you guys. It was a tough week out there with the weather throwing curve balls at us. Even though we only had two tasks they were very challenging and very fun. They were the type of tasks that you would expect in the Owens, and O2 was definitely needed. Winning the title was great, but it still feels overshadowed by the flight we had on the Saturday before the meet. I'm not sure if it was posted on the board already, but 7 of us flew over 100 miles from Walts on the prior Saturday. That was the best weather day of the 10 days that I was there, it was off-the-hook good. I'm writing a story for the USHPA mag with some details and photos. On a paraglider - how often do you get to fly over 100 miles with 6 of your buddies. I think that's a PG first in the US? All in all it was a great trip, and on the way home I was thinking how lucky we are to have the Owens right in our backyard. Well, Im off to Brazil tomorrow morning for a PWC event, hopefully I'll have some good photos to share when I get back.

Here's some shots from the Nationals last week:

When in doubt...TOP OUT!
