Skyport Monday March 31st Report

We had a couple of out of Towner’s who stayed around after this weekends Eagle thermal clinic, so we headed up to Skyport and arrived at launch around 10am. The cycles were already south west up there, and pilots had nice climb outs from launch. We had a crew of about 10 pilots, and everybody had some fun thermaling. Cloud base was as low as 2900 at times, and Brad G., SA, Kabir, and Chris from Seattle made it out to the beach. Tuesday looks good for sending it XC. The Eagle van is headed up from Parma at 9:30am, and Deano’s new UP Edge race ship arrived yesterday so don’t be surprised if he ends up landing close to home.
